Great served with rice.Ingredients2 salmon filletssunflower oilteriyaki saucesesame seed oil2 tbsp Mirin4 tbsp sake (rice wine)1 tsp sugarcrushed gingerSTEPS1 Marinade the salmon over night in the sesame oil, teriyaki sauce, mirin and ginger2 Pan fry the salmon in sunflower oil for a couple of minutes until both sides are seared3 Add a 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce to the salmon and place wrap in tin foil with a dash more sesame oil4 Bake in the oven for 10 minutesFRIED CRAB ROLLSThese are perfect for a starter or even a light snack.ORIGIN – VietnamIngredientsServes 4½ cup rice noodles1 chopped spring onion300 g crab meatsalt and pepper1 whole cucumber, cut into strips8 spring roll wrappers8 lettuce heart leavestbsp sesame oiltbsp sunflower oiltbsp soya sauceSteps1 Prepare the rice noodles by covering with boiling water and allowing to sit for ten minutes. Then cut the noodles about 3 cm long2 Mix the onion, crab meat and soya sauce together to make a paste3 prepare the rolls by filling the spring roll wrappers with the paste4 Very gently fry until golden in sunflower and sesame oil5 Serve with lettuce leaves and strips of cucumber and eat immediatelyPerfect for those of you who want to try Asian cooking
